Lindsay Windows is looking to add to their growing Finance Team!
This new position will be a vital member of our Finance Team responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks at Lindsay Windows.
These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Intercompany Reconciliations and Reporting
Perform reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts, including bank, investment, and inter-company accounts and assist with the establishment and maintenance of such accounts.
Collaborate with Finance Team to create meaningful monthly financial reporting packages for timely distribution.
Payroll processing
1099 Preparation and Reporting.
All other financial or administrative duties as assigned.
Success in this role requires attention to detail resulting in efficient, timely, and accurate financial reporting.
Candidates should have the following minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar
2 years of professional experience or equivalent school experience
Accounting software used is SAGE but Experience with other accounting systems is acceptable.
Proficient with MS Office Suite products
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage, prioritize and handle highly confidential information responsibly.
