We deliver seasonal flower arrangements to homes and businesses four times a year, enhancing the beauty and enjoyment of neighborhoods. In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind making Philadelphia bloom. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planting clients' planters and window boxes across the city and surrounding suburbs. Each day, you'll load up our box truck with plants and materials, then hit the road, working independently to hit your daily delivery quota and bring our green vision to life.Responsibilities:
- Navigate to homes and businesses for planting
- Load and drive a box truck SAFELY and efficiently (valid drivers license required)
- Work independently to meet daily delivery quotas
- Interact with clients in a personable and polite manner
- Embrace working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Lift and handle up to 65 pounds repeatedly
- No prior design or horticulture experience is necessary; what matters most to us is your willingness to work hard and eagerness to learn.
- Applicants with landscaping, manual labor, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
- $19 - $21 per hour
