Position Description Position Title : Fitness Attendant Department : Health Club Reports To : Director of Health Club Date Written / Revised : July 7, 2014 POSITION SUMMARY Cleans and maintains all Health Club areas in impeccable condition to achieve company standards of quality.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Thoroughly clean sinks, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and floor in fitness area aerobic rooms with specifically assigned agents.

Cleans with specifically assigned cleaning agents. Thoroughly dusts all fitness equipment, furniture, pictures and shelves.

Thoroughly cleans and polishes all metal surfaces. Vacuum floors. Empties towel drop and replenishes with clean towels. Disposes of trash.

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions.

Reports all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions, etc to Safety / Security Department. Provide general public assistance, instructions and / or guidance for guests and team member's safety in the event of an emergency.

Completes all other duties as assigned by supervisor. Constant physical activities such as standing, walking, couching / bending / stooping, reaching and grasping are required.

Must be able to push / pull up to 100 pounds and lift / carry object weighing up to 50 pounds. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities to be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
