Responsibilities:

Assist the firm COO by providing support with the following:

* Oversee the operations of the firm to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service.

* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that encompass M&A activities, Real Estate management, and Finance operations.

* Lead and coordinate M&A initiatives, including due diligence and post-merger integration, aligning with the firm's strategic goals.

* Manage the firm's insurance requirements and risk management, ensuring comprehensive coverage in all necessary areas.

* Work with finance Leadership to optimize the firm's financial performance and growth.

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to operations, M&A, real estate, insurance, and financial practices.

* Manage the firm's facilities, including but not limited to office space planning, maintenance, and negotiating leases, and landlord relations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

* Minimum of 7 years' experience in operational management, with a background in CPA or professional services firms.

* Proven experience with M&A activities and understanding the associated financial, legal, and operational implications.

* Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and risk management, particularly as they relate to the professional services industry.

* Proven track record in managing operations.

* Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-relevant software.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
