We are looking for a motivated Office Receptionist to greet our clients and perform various office tasks. Since this person is the first point of contact for our business, the ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skill, and an eagerness to assist our staff and clients. If you are a someone who would enjoy greeting people and other office-related tasks, such as answering phone calls and coordinating schedules, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls,
• Greeting visitor and directing them appropriately,
• Compose and drafted outgoing correspondence for staff and clients
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Orders office supplies and restock inventory
• Maintain accuracy and client/staff confidentially whiling entering into our database
• Verify and create reservations with clients and staff members
• Check in with clients to receive feedback on service satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Can manage fast pace work environment
• strong communication and organizational skills,
• excellent time management skills,
• works well with others, can multitask

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
