Job Description:
We are currently seeking a responsible and dependable driver to join our team as a driver for our kids. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting children to and from various locations, such as school, extracurricular activities, and their homes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safety, comfort, and punctuality of the children under your care.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport children to and from designated locations in a timely manner. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with appropriate safety features. Follow designated routes and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate schedules and address any concerns. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, providing a positive experience for the children and their families. Act as a responsible role model for the children, promoting good behavior and safety practices during transit.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize safety and react calmly and effectively in stressful situations. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
