Our award-winning Smart Farm platform helps growers manage and optimize pesticide applications, harvest activities and other critical field operations. Using our proprietary sensors and mobile-friendly software, Fieldin’s technology seamlessly connects tractors and other machinery to provide managers with actionable data that improves production, transparency, and efficiency in the field.

The Associate Grower Success Manager is a self-starter who is eager to find ways to support customers with an emphasis on creating great customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for ensuring the customer is receiving the Fieldin product as designed. You will verify the growers’ hardware, software and analytics are working properly. You will perform the work remotely by checking customer data in the Fieldin system, adjusting system settings, creating reports, and opening support tickets as needed. This position has an analytical, process-oriented component that is vital in tooling the Grower Success Managers with the needed data to present to our growers. This role is an entry-level position that will allow you to grow within Fieldin, hone analytical skill sets, and become familiar with the agriculture industry. This position reports to the Senior Grower Success Manager- Head of Recurring Revenue. This is a remote (CA-based) position that offers great flexibility.

Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $65,000 - $68,000 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
