AMSOIL INC. is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our distribution center located in Itasca, Illinois. As a Warehouse Associate you will pick, pack, and ship all outbound AMSOIL orders. You will also interact with customers on a daily basis who pick up their orders. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Core Responsibilities: Pick and pack out bound shipments using handheld scanning device (RF scanner)Provide a high level of customer service and assist with loading orders into customer vehiclesAssist with warehouse inventory control proceduresPerform daily computer work related to order processing and shipping systemsComplete routine cleaning of warehouse Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentAbility to learn and operate a forklift (training received on the job) Ability to continuously lift 35 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsAvailable 40 hrs/wk, Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with occasional overtime Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of warehouse experienceExperience using RF scanner or other barcode scanning systemCustomer service experience
