Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Seamless Operations: Be the driving force behind uninterrupted network systems, applications, and infrastructure services for our local and regional teams.
• Champion Compliance: Uphold company and regulatory standards like PCI-DSS, GDPR, and CCPA, ensuring our systems are secure and compliant.
• Tech Wizardry: Dive deep into hardware, software, and networking challenges, delivering prompt resolutions and keeping our operations running smoothly.
• Innovation Advocate: Research and recommend cutting-edge solutions to enhance our server, network, and end-user systems.
• Cloud Mastery: Lead the charge in defining and implementing cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS and Azure to propel our growth.
• Security Guardian: Safeguard our assets by owning our security protocols, monitoring threats, and spearheading incident response efforts.
• Team Player: Collaborate cross-functionally, driving projects forward and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

What You'll Need:

• Technical Acumen: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, coupled with hands-on experience in data management, infrastructure administration, and cloud technologies.
• Certification Advantage: CCNA/CCIE certifications and proficiency in PowerShell scripting will set you apart.
• Critical Thinker: Excel in problem-solving, prioritization, and thrive in high-pressure situations.
• Global Mindset: Embrace working within distributed teams and possess the flexibility to support off-shift and weekend requirements.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
