Crystal Springs Resort is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Hamburg, NJ
Crystal Springs Resort is looking for friendly upbeat individuals who have a love for hospitality and customer service to fill the Front Desk Agent position. The Front Desk Agent will insure a positive first impression for our internal and external guests and assist guests with any requests in a courteous, friendly, professional manner.
Responsibilities:
* Checking guests into the hotel
* Handling check-out and any billing questions they may have
* Posting charges
* Troubleshooting any guest requests and concerns
* Reservations, including entering bookings into the computer, monitoring availability and taking reservation calls as needed
* Be responsible for all cash transactions and maintain a personal cash bank
* Keep abreast of all information regarding the resort and the surrounding area
Qualifications:
* Excellent in-person communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent telephone and communication skills
* Outgoing, friendly and organized
* Professional appearance and attitude
* Able to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
* Overnight availability is a plus
* Hotel front desk experience is preferred
