Job Description:

The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality control systems and the quality team to ensure the continuous production of high-quality products that meet established standards and customer specifications. This includes managing the quality of raw materials, production processes, and product performance in the field. Additionally, the Quality Manager will handle regulatory compliance across local, state, federal, and international laws such as REACH, SCIP, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65, and UL, and will oversee the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and Technical Services departments.

  • Develop and enforce a quality plan that aligns with the company's Quality Systems and policies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and enhance the technical services to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold EHS policies to ensure safe work practices.
  • Handle team management duties for the quality and technical services teams, including hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product quality and facilitate new product introductions.
  • Set quality standards for external suppliers.
  • Foster quality awareness and drive performance improvements across the organization.
  • Conduct audits, generate reports, and analyze data to monitor quality performance.
  • Develop and conduct training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets and maintain cost-efficiency.
  • Regular participation in management and team meetings.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with at least 1 year in regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and ability to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • High level of motivation and organization.
  • Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • ASQ Certifications.
