Basic Job Functions:
- Support the construction supervisor in the safe and efficient management of our contractor resources.
- Prepare and effectively maintain the various daily, monthly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Receive Contractor service receipts and coordinate with the Accounting Departments.
- Administer Contractor Safety & Environmental training as necessary and issue appropriate badges.
- Facilitate contractor safety meetings when necessary.
- Verify information in the ISNetworld Decatur Database.
- Knowledge of all Maintenance Clerk responsibilities to be an effective back up.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- IFS Experience
- Effective data management/query skills
- Ability to learn new programs and software quickly
