Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure they are clean and sanitized.
- Dust and wipe down various surfaces, including desks, tables, and chairs.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage proper waste disposal.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, restocking supplies as needed.
- Maintain windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to keep them clear and streak-free.
- Keep common areas like hallways and lobbies neat and tidy.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and handling minor plumbing issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and properly handle cleaning chemicals.
- Monitor the facility for any maintenance or repair needs and report them.
- Follow company policies on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prior experience as a janitor or in a similar cleaning role is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to thorough cleaning.
- Physical ability to lift and move objects as needed.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and dependable, with availability to work flexible hours if necessary.
