Position: Part-Time Daycare Teacher
Location: The Learning Key Academy,
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Pay: $11 - $14 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:We are currently seeking a part-time daycare teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment while positively impacting the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum for children ages [Specify age range, e.g., 2-5 years old].
• Create a safe, nurturing environment promoting learning, exploration, and play.
• Establish positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Observe and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is required.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in early childhood education or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Must be driven and have a passion for working with children.
