Position Summary:
The Crisis Clinician is responsible for providing individual crisis services for youth placed in the CRH Welcome Center. In this role, the clinician provides trauma-informed clinical support to youth who have recently been placed in protective custody or youth who are dependents of the court. Included in this population served are youth who are involved in Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) or demonstrate frequent runaway behavior. The Crisis Clinician works closely with the Welcome Center team, county social workers, parents and family members providing consultation, assisting with intakes, and collaborating on youth’s individual therapeutic needs.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as client safety/treatment plans, assessment materials and procedure manuals. Ability to write professional/clinical reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
