Are you looking for a Business Development/Sales role that offers unlimited income, dynamic duties, and in the Real Estate Industry?

  • Top performers will earn $70,000 to $100,000 (Base Salary plus Commissions)
  • Fantastic performers can make $100,000 (Base Salary plus Commissions)

This position requires a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to secure Property Management clients for the company. As a BDM, you will be expected to work with company-generated leads, generate your own leads, meet with prospects, build relationships with referral sources, assist in the creation of marketing videos, assist in the creation of marketing materials, and generally work to gain clients for the business.

Ample training, resources, and direction will be given on an ongoing basis to ensure the Business Development Manager is set up for success. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and know how to implement what they learn effectively.

Salary

  • Salary : $40,000 to $45,000 (Based on Relevant Experience)
  • Commission : Generous Commission Structure
  • Total on Target Compensation : $70,000 - $100,000 (Based on performance)

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Service Existing and Company-Generated Leads: Contact prospects through phone, text, video, and in-person meetings with the goal of turning a prospect into a client.
  • Generally, explain services to prospects, referral sources, and through marketing efforts with the goal of signing on new clients.
  • Assist with Lead Generation: Social Media campaigns, networking, public presentations, and warm and cold calling.
  • Conduct in-person, phone, or video conference meetings with potential Property Management clients to discuss their homes, provide an overview of our services, and review what their homes should be able to achieve in the rental market.
  • Foster and maintain relationships in the Realtor and Investor community.
  • Regular internal communication with our Property Management division so that all teams are currently on the status of prospects/new owners.
  • Help to Create Customer Loyalty Campaigns to improve the overall Retention of Owner Clients.
  • Prospect daily for new leads.
  • Build relationships with Realtors.
  • Follow up on leads daily.
  • Build Relationships with new investors.
  • Attend weekly functions with investors.
Qualifications:
  • Over-the-Phone Sales Experience: This position requires that the Outside Salesperson be comfortable with discussing our services with potential owner clients over the phone with the emphasis on closing for an in-person appointment.
  • In-Person Meetings and Business Development Experience: This position will require daily face-to-face interaction with potential clients or business partners. Strong interpersonal skills would be required with a proven ability to close for the business.
  • History of Proven Sales Performance.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Availability during normal business hours and occasionally after hours.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Reliable Transportation.
  • Daily Professional Appearance.
  • Some College Preferred or Equivalent Sales Experience.
  • Strong Written and In-Person Communication Skills.
  • Pass a Background and Drug Test.
  • Real Estate License (Preferred).
  • Must have a Strong Sales Background.
  • Must have a competitive personality and be eager to work.
  • Must have a strong work ethic.
