We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Coordinator for Class A and B properties. Looking for a top-notch A- Team Player to join our team. Must be willing to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate our maintenance requests from our residents on a daily basis. Work closely with our owners, residents, outside vendors and our in-house maintenance department. Must have strong customer service skills and be detail-oriented.

Requirements:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Must have knowledge of general maintenance terminology
- Class A & B conventional apartment management experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating people
- Must have knowledge of property management software
- Ensure that 901 Real Estate Services core values are being portrayed to create a positive customer experience for residents
