Title: Payroll Processing Manager
Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid (4 days in the office during payroll week) & (3 days in the office during non-payroll week)

- System configuration and maintenance
- Configure and maintain the Oracle Cloud Compensation and Payroll modules according to organizational needs
- Ensure the system is up to date
Data Management
- Manage and maintain employee data, compensation plans, and payroll records.
- Oversee data integrity
Payroll Processing
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary payments, bonuses, commissions, and other compensations.
- Oversee the integration and connectivity between Core HR within Oracle Cloud and Payroll
Staying up to date with federal and state rules and regulations
- Split the taxes between different states
- Adjusting
- Identifying errors
Provide understanding to the team regarding the compensation module in Oracle Cloud
Qualifications:
- Payroll experience with a background in Oracle Cloud
- Payroll processing - Oracle DBA
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM, specifically Core HR
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion
- Excel proficient (pivot tables, v-looks, macro)
- Knows how to split taxes between different states
- The ability to help others understand processes for Core HR
- Leadership background
Plusses:
- Industry experience (oil and gas)
- Experience processing stock
