Job Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our technology solutions and the unique needs of healthcare clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and then translate them into actionable insights and technical specifications. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions to our customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare clients to gather and document their specific business requirements, objectives, and constraints for implementing omni-channel solutions.
  • Establish business analysis standards, templates, and processes, and train and mentor junior business analysts on the role.
  • Work closely with the development and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet the unique needs of healthcare clients.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
  • Analyze healthcare data and use data-driven insights to make recommendations for optimizing our solutions.
  • Create detailed process maps and workflows to illustrate how our solutions will integrate with existing healthcare systems and processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and test cases, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing solutions and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare clients during the implementation phase and post-implementation to ensure the smooth adoption of omnichannel solutions.
Skills/Abilities/Experience:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong presentation skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software. Experience with tools such as Jira, Microsoft Excel, and other BA tools is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to approach challenges creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CBAP or equivalent BA certification required.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or software industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software, as well as data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, and healthcare industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Experience with Conversational AI or natural language processing (NLP) technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs of weight.
