**Customer Experience Associate**
**Department:** Customer Experience **Location:** Vancouver, WA
**Summary:**
The Customer Experience Specialist position is a position within the Customer Experience team and reports to the Customer Experience Lead. This position will focus on Customer Experience across the marketplaces that Netrush services in its various partnership formats.
**Customer Experience:**
You will work within the Customer Experience team by receiving all incoming customer service phone calls and assist the customer with any problems, issues or questions they may have. You will also work alongside the other Customer Experience team members with all customer communication touchpoints and be responsible for a specific set of brands and internal customers with those touchpoints. This position will also participate and manage other projects as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager.
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage all CX related calls and assist customers with solutions
* Support CX team with any overflow of tasks
* Work with CX team to manage customer communication touchpoints
* Support CX Lead with needed projects and tasks
* Participate in CX team meetings and projects
* Set up conference rooms for incoming guests for in person events (ad hoc and Covid compliant)
* Break down conference rooms after any in person events
* Manage weekend email inbox and seller feedback on a rotating basis with other CX team personnel
* Participate in product training and education opportunities
**Basic Qualifications**
* Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
* 1 years Customer Service Experience with premium products or services
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask and move from task to task with ease
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong telephone skills
* Warm and welcoming attitude even when busy or under stress
* Proficient with Google Suite
* Familiarity with the Amazon marketplace and Amazon Seller Central preferred
* Experience with Asana or similar project management software preferred
**Schedule:**
* Monday Friday, flexible hours (40 hours per week)
* Occasional weekend support needed within the 40 hour timeframe
