Schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications- Answer incoming calls, live chats and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
- Help Customers with account access, order placement, etc.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate and up to date.
