Corporate Accounting Specialist

CINC is a fully integrated cloud-based homeowners’ association accounting and property management software system. The organization develops accounting and management software solutions that support the running of the day to day activities of Homeowners Associations. We have a new opening for a full-time Corporate Accounting Specialist position to join our team at the Duluth, GA office.

This role is full-time and hybrid (4 days in office & 1 day remote per week). The selected Accountant would be responsible for performing the following tasks:

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day reconciliation of the following:
  • Cash
  • HOAst Software (including managing billings /Accounts Receivable)
  • Accounts Payable
  • Managing the invoicing inbox
  • Daily tracking of AR (follow up with banks as necessary)

• Assistance with checking the mail and scanning checks (Customer Payments) / Invoices received

• Review new statements of work (sales) for clarity and ensure these are properly imported into the CINC billing system.
• Perform data entry duties as needed into CINC’s industry specific software and complete other projects, tasks, and duties as assigned.

• Responsible for the monthly billing of invoices:
  • CINC Billing on the 18th of the month
  • Ai Billing on the 2nd of the month

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have 2 years’ experience in accounting working with an accounting software and will also have experience performing accounting services for multiple clients. Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving skills are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and proficiency in Excel is strongly desired. Candidates must possess a High School diploma and equivalent work experience.
