SITE GENERAL MANAGER - TOMMY EXPRESS CAR WASH

Job Summary:

Site General Manager oversees and manages the overall operation of the business, including, but not limited to the following: sales, scheduling, car wash quality, guest service and internal human resources (You must maintain a strong team work enviroment.)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Protect the interests of the Company and profitably grow the business.
• Ensure that all Company policies are communicated, implemented, followed and enforced.
• On average, spend 50% of work time leading in the flight deck or in guest interations.
• Work on-site two weekend days per month.
• Lead bi-weekly meeting with Assitant General Manager (AGM), shift leads, and sales associates. This meeting will include a review of issues and opportunites such as scheduled events, service changes, maintencance issues, staff issues, promotions and similar.
• Provide specialized leadership, training and support to every team member.
• Communicate daily with every AGM & Shift Lead via phone or in person.
• Accurately track and handle invoices for payment, where applicable.
• Ensure that all personnel-related paperwork is completed timely and accurateley, kept locked, current and compliant.
• Implement and perform directives communicated by senior management or ownership in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that the work schedule is properly made and appropriate for projected sales.
• Keep team members on task with clear, written measurable goals and duties.
• Properly handle disciplinary and human resources issues.
• Work to identify and develop Team Members for future consideration as Leaders.
• Ensure a safe, secure, clean and will maintained business operation.
• Investigate and handle all Member/Guest related complaints, issues and insrure top notch Member/Guest service in all operations - through all leaders and team memebers.
• Perform all POS and computer related systems tasks.
• Take the leading role as an "ambassador of the company" in the community.
• Maintaine Site, Grounds and Car Wash.
• Update checklists, inventory and reports as needed.
• Implement and Enforce policies, procedure and the handbook to all Team Members.
• Any additional talks that pertain to benefitting the company and taking care of the Member/Guests.
