ROLE:

General Managers are responsible for the overall operation of their unit. General Managers support and implement business objectives through a strong sales-based focus and constant development of their team. Specifically, General Managers provide the strategy and delegate duties to meet all business objectives and sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have at least seven (7) years of work experience in a related field with progression in roles demonstrating increased responsibility.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to work-friendly and professionally in a high-paced, dynamic environment that requires multi-tasking, maintaining diplomacy, and making sound judgments or recommendations throughout all stressful environments.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN/CAREER PATH:

General Managers are the highest level management position within a unit. Future opportunities for General Managers signify a move to an Operations General Manager or Corporate Office role.
