Location: Monroe Convention Center, Bloomington, IN

Hours: Part-Time (hours based on bar events booked)

Responsibilities:

• Set up bars with necessary products and glassware prior to events.
• Work behind the bar during scheduled events, providing excellent service to guests.
• Close the bar after events, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in in-house training on credit card machines to process payments effectively.
• Maintain a pleasant and outgoing personality while upholding a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable handling cash transactions.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology, including credit card machines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• A positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding alcohol service and safety regulations.
