*Job Duties*
* Provide high-quality care to residents to a diverse population of residents.
* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Engage in therapeutic communication and activities to promote a positive and supportive environment.
* Support residents during mealtimes, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
* Assist in transport, transfer, ambulation, and frequent positioning of residents.
* Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge or residents.
* Complete Nurse Aide flow sheet throughout shift.
* Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents.
* Follow universal precautions and isolation procedures for infection control.
*Knowledge / Skills / Abilities*
* Physical stamina and ability to perform duties such as lifting, transferring, and assisting with mobility.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.
* Knowledge on how to care for individuals with behavioral challenges.
* Knowledge of proper Infection control Procedures.
*Employment Requirements*
* Arizona CNA License
* Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (we will help you apply)
* Current 2-step TB Test (available on-site)
* Hands-on CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals
* Must be 21 years of age.
*Shift Availability*
This is a Non-Exempt FLSA status position in our Skilled Nursing Facility.
2PM - 10PM, working every other weekend.
$18.50 - $22.50/hour, based on years of experience.
$1,250 Sign-on Bonus for Full-Time Associate only.
$.75 for Differential Pay will be added to your hourly wage.
