What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-On Experience: Ideally, 5 plus years in maintenance, with expertise in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance to include a minimum of 2-4 years of leading a team with diplomacy and tact.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, multi-tasker with the ability to delegate according to team's strengths as well as to prioritize service requests.
- Resident Savvy: Ability to diffuse uncomfortable situations as well as dealing with a diverse group of people.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Demonstrate problem-solving skills and manual dexterity to tackle any challenge. Coaches teams members to enhance skill set.
- Tech Proficiency: Good to strong computer skills are a must, and experience with maintenance ticketing software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desired.
- Flexibility and Dedication: Be prepared to work overtime, be on-call if needed, and even handle snow removal like a pro. Sets the pace by leading by example.
