Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our team. The Finance Clerk will be responsible for assisting with financial record-keeping, processing invoices, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day operations.
Duties:
- Process and verify financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets for analysis
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Support the finance team in various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a financial or accounting support role
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail.
