- Assist HR with day-to-day functions
- Work closely with all staff on employee relations and retention
- Support the HR team with recruitment
- Assist with audits and research as it relates to Human Resources
- Support management with polices and processes.
- 5 years of experience as Administrator, Generalist or Specialist in Human Resources
- Technical exposure to ATS and HRIS systems
- Detailed oriented and the ability to be flexible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
