Hours can be full-time or part-time starting at 2AM in the morning.

Duties and Responsibilities
Baker's Assistants work in a team environment to provide direct support to the full time bakers. These employees will:Qualifications

Baker’s Assistants must be able to tolerate very cold and very hot temperatures. Baker's Assistants are required to work 40 hours per week. The job is comprised of five 8 hour shifts. This shift generally begins in the early morning hours. Saturday work is required. Holidays can affect the set schedule as more preparation is needed for major holidays and/or events.Physical Requirements
This job can be physically demanding where employees are required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks and consistently maintain a positive attitude. Baker's Assistants also work in an area around commercial equipment which requires appropriate safety training.Job Summary
