Essential Duties
* Repair and maintain industrial equipment conveying systems, and major machine centers
* Able to read and understand drawings and printed instructions
* Must be a self-starter who can work safely under high pressure situations
* Understanding of preventive maintenance
* Hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical troubleshooting
* Good communication and documentation skills
* Safe work habits
* Use of hand and power tools
* Operation of shop and maintenance related equipment
* Understanding proper alignments of process equipment
* Knowledge of rigging and material handling
Skills & Qualifications
* Must have high school diploma or GED
* Must have a minimum 2 years verifiable work experience as a Millwright
* Employee must be capable of performing skilled labor for up to 12 hours a day.
* Must be dependable and operate with a high-level of integrity.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Physical Requirements / Working Environment
* This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday - Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
* Working environment is often times in harsh elements (hot / humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.) Industrial environments often have exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety-sensitive hazards / risks. Must always be alert and able to safely perform the essential duties of the job without risking harm to oneself or others.
* While performing the duties of this job, you will:
* Frequently perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
* Frequently use hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, moving materials, and manipulating things.
Other physical requirements include;
* Static Strength - The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to (frequently - 25 pounds; routinely - 50 pounds).
* Arm-Hand Steadiness - The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
* Manual Dexterity - The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
* Finger Dexterity - The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
* Problem Sensitivity - The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
* Extent Flexibility - The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.
* Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
* Written Comprehension - The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
* Rate Control - The ability to time your movements or the movement of a piece of equipment in anticipation of changes in the speed and/or direction of a moving object or scene.
* Selective Attention - The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
* Trunk Strength - The ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without 'giving out' or fatiguing.
