Senior Front End Developer - FinTech

Realm are partnered with a New York City-based Fintech startup on the verge of launching a groundbreaking product that will challenge the traditional 401k. We're searching for a passionate and experienced Senior Front End Developer to join our growing team and lead the development of our user-facing web application and insightful dashboards.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a CTO who boasts an impressive background at industry titans like Square and Level. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Be at the forefront of shaping the user experience for our revolutionary retirement product.
• Spearhead the development and execution of our front-end architecture utilizing a modern tech stack: Javascript, Typescript, Next.js, and React.
• Leverage your React expertise to construct a seamless and responsive web experience, with bonus points for experience in React Native for potential mobile app development.
• Partner effectively with designers and back-end engineers to ensure a cohesive and high-performing product.
• Champion best practices in code maintainability, scalability, and accessibility.
• Own the front-end roadmap and mentor junior developers on the team.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record of building and shipping intricate front-end applications.
• Possesses an in-depth understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, especially React (and ideally React Native).
• Is passionate about clean code, UX principles, and crafting user-centric experiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience within the Fintech industry.
• A familiarity with building dashboards and data visualization tools.
