Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and planning skills. The role demands a high level of thoroughness in dealing with complexity, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and the willingness to travel up to 30%. The Executive Director will be expected to have a strong background in the industry, with the capacity to identify and solve issues as the field advances.
