E&I Supervisor at a leading chemical manufacturer located in Houston, TX This role is responsible to provide daily supervision to the mechanical, electrical and instrumentation functions for the maintenance group. To be considered - must have at least five (5) years experience maintaining and repairing Instrumentation and Electronics equipment (Ideally within the chemical manufacturing, petroleum, refinery or petrochemical industry).

Required Qualifications:

• Must have at least five (5) years experience maintaining Instrumentation and Electronics equipment (Ideally within the chemical manufacturing, petroleum, refinery or petrochemical industry)
• Direct supervisory or management experience
• Must be able to troubleshoot both pneumatic and electronic instrumentation loops and hardware/equipment
• Capable of working with DCS, programming and troubleshooting programmable logic controls (PLC)

Preferred:

• Licensed Electrician

• Associates degree in a technical field

• Ensure department personnel are properly trained and equipped for maintenance tasks including policies and procedures

• Providing schedules and information so equipment is locked out/tagged out prior to maintenance commencing work

• Actively support and enforce the plant's HS&E standards
