CDW has an excellent opportunity for a Desktop Support, Lead in Boston, MA! In this role, you will lead a team of 3 desktop support technicians for a multi-location organization with day-to-day end user support challenges. Serving as a point of escalation, you will be responsible for solving user challenges that are escalated from the Help Desk team.
Required expertise includes:
- 5 years of Technical Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support
- 1 year of Lead or Management experience
- 2 years of Active Directory experience (adding users, resetting accounts, etc.)
- 2 years of O365 Support – advanced knowledge with this product
- Experience supporting mobile devices
- Ability to travel to other local office periodically (Requires driver’s license and vehicle)

- Location: Boston, MA
- Type of opportunity: 1 year contract
- Compensation: Flexible based on experience, plus excellent benefits
