**Position** : Sr. Graphic Designer

Design engaging solutions for marketing and communications channels, including logo design, websites, social assets, emails, print and digital ads, publications, packaging, events, digital signage, internal presentations, etc., that align with the brand, messaging, and strategic objectives of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) and its subsidiaries. Execute against the creative vision and uphold quality standards for the DFA brand and consumer brands.
DFAs newly formed in-house creative team is responsible for delivering exceptional concepts, inspiring content, and delivering results for the cooperative and its brands. The team works on a broad range of digital and traditional touchpoints for external marketing, internal communications, and large-scale events. These touchpoints are critical in setting the culture and tone for the cooperative.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
Develop style guides for various campaigns and programs
Develop and maintain turn-key brand templates
Provide photo art direction, assistance, and styling support
Understand and execute against design standards for the DFA brand and consumer brands across various channels
Collaborate with members of the communications, marketing, creative and client teams to ideate and execute engaging solutions
Execute creative with a keen eye for detail and quality of craft
Maintain a deep understanding of creative best practices across various digital and traditional channels
Communicate and present design concepts to peers and clients
Commit to and exemplify DFAs and our teams mission, vision, and values

**Minimum Requirements:**
**_Education and Experience_**
Bachelors degree in design, advertising, or a related field
5 years of progressive experience in agency or in-house agency
Portfolio that demonstrates creative work with a deep understanding of branding, layout, composition, typography, and color
Certification and/or License none
**_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities_**
Able to demonstrate culture and trend expertise with impeccable taste in art direction and design
Able to take on new challenges, from big enterprise challenges to smaller tasks, with the same enthusiasm and passion
Able to work collaboratively as part of a larger team or individually in a fast-paced environment
Able to prioritize, manage and meet multiple concurrent deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
Able to communicate clearly and effectively visual, verbal and written for a diverse range of internal and/or external audiences
Able to think strategically, creatively and problem solve
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of web design, digital asset management, pre-press standards
Able to work across functions, geographies, and organizational levels to develop solutions; engages and involves key stakeholders as necessary
