Job Description

- Lead engineering projects from requirement definition through budgeting, scheduling, design, and build
- Establish and maintain effective scope management processes
- Build and foster relationships with customers, vendors, and engineering contractors
- Conduct dynamic project analysis and adjustment
- Allocate resources for mechanical and electrical design efficiently
- Provide performance reporting and communication to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross
-functionally with various partners - Support labor loading and forecasting activities
- Oversee technical documentation and facilitate seamless transitions between project phases
- Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team during build and testing phases
- Pay: $26
-32/hr. - Hours: Monday
-Friday, generally 8am
-5pm (flexible) - Direct hire with career growth opportunity
- Benefits:

- Associate degree in engineering
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD
- Motivational traits such as hardworking, willing to go the extra mile, not afraid of challenges, etc.
- Experience/knowledge in project management software or tools
- Clean driving record required; may be required to drive company vehicles/cars
- Background check and drug screen required upon offer of employment
- Travel to customer's facility for project
-related activities may be required - Must be able to work in a traditional office and factory atmosphere
- Physical demands may include sitting for prolonged periods, adjusting visual focus, and occasional reaching, stooping, and bending
