Hours: PRN (Monday - Friday, up to 10 hours per week)

The PRN Health Educator will coordinate and facilitate Triple P programming in a community-based format, in order to meet the needs of under-served families.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Triple P Level 4 Standard and Level 4 Group with caregivers in a variety of settings which may include; community centers, residential programs, and home visitation
• Assist full-time health educator with facilitating in groups as needed
• Maintain communication with the full-time Triple P health educator and supervisor on Triple P related activities
• Notify full-time educator and/or supervisor if local needs for Triple P parent consultations, provider trainings or assistance is identified
• Make referrals for services to ancillary agencies and community resources as identified for parents being served
• Maintain records and files through the course of client's service relationship with agency

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in public health, education or similar field. Experience in community health education and teaching. Experience working with youth ad parents preferred.
