Long-Term Care Pharmacy Typing Technician Needed
POSITION SUMMARY: Pharmacy Unlimited is an independently owned and operated Long-Term Care Pharmacy that specializes in fulfilling the needs of our LTC facilities and the patients they serve. An LTC pharmacy technician performs day-to-day duties under the supervision of a pharmacist in accordance with established pharmacy principles, policies, and procedures and/or law. Technician must have, and keep, a valid Pharmacy Technician license issued by PTCB (PTCE) or NHA (ExCPT) that meets the Texas State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
REQUIRED SKILLS: Typing and data entry skills Computer, fax and scan knowledge Ability to work independently and in a team environment
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in Long-Term Care Pharmacy setting is preferred; and/or related experience or training in other pharmacy setting.
EDUCATION/LICENSES: High School Diploma/GED equivalent preferred State Certified Pharmacy Technician License is required.
WORK STATUS: Full-time Day-time Shift
Part-time also available for afternoon and evening shift.
BENEFITS: Health Insurance Accrued time off, 401K plans and matching after 1 year of employment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
