Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Promoter to join our team. As a Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, products, or services at various events and locations. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with the public, build brand awareness, and drive customer interest.
Duties:
- Represent our Renewal by Andersen brand by creating a positive and memorable experience for potential customers.
- Conduct event marketing activities to attract and engage target audiences.
- Stand near main path of foot-traffic, greet attendees and potential customers.
- Encourage people to sign up for our Sweepstakes for a chance to win $10,000 in windows and doors.
- GOAL: Secure prospective clients & set up appointments for a FREE in-home consultation.
- Responsible for transporting materials to the site as well as setting up and tearing down our display booth at indoor and outdoor events.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Assist Marketing Team with other duties as needed.
- Bilingual candidates may have the opportunity to engage with diverse communities
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently.
- Self starter with a proven track record of responsibility, attention to detail, and accurate record keping.
- Previous experience in events and retail is a plus. Bilingual also a plus.
- Valid drivers license and dependable vehicle required.
