The Brand Promotor role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Olympiad. You will work collaboratively with the store team to assist in the implementation of the plans and strategies developed by the management team. ResponsibilitiesAchieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards.Contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with brand ambassadors and management team.Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Olympiad’s culture.Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.Assist in driving selling and service metrics such as; conversion, average dollar per transaction, average unit retail.Develop, maintain and drive personal customer relationship management through clientele and after-sale customer engagementHandle all Point of sale (POS) transaction in compliant to company standardsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environmentProven track record of successful sales experienceExperience working with affluent and luxury brands is an assetHigh-volume traffic experience is an assetAvailable to work a range of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the store.Time management and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environmentAdaptable to the elements that may impact the overall customer experienceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
