CMB Regional Centers is Hiring a Director of Corporate Communications Near Dallas, TX

CMB Regional Centers (CMB), the #1 regional center in the EB-5 industry with over twenty-five years' experience, is searching for full-time Director of Corporate Communications. This critical role to ensures internal and external communications programs continuously, consistently, and strategically embody the voice and presence for both the President and CMB Regional Centers. This position champions assigned communications tasks or projects with autonomy to apply strategic influence within scope and quality standards. Director of Communications primarily works on-site in a professional office setting at the Dallas, Texas, location during standard hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST . Additionally, CMB offers the opportunity for hybrid schedule consisting of two (2) days' remote work contingent upon meeting introductory period requirements. Working for the #1 regional center requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10%. Why work at CMB?

What does a typical day for Director of Communications look like?

The Director of Communications can expect the following:

  • Provides strategic influence and guidance for effective communication strategies and media relations to key internal stakeholders;
  • Performs research and uses data insights or program outcomes to develop initiatives for communications strategy, corporate identity, and/or brand awareness;
  • Prepares communications with proactive anticipation that such may require edits or replication in multiple languages; and
  • Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders (i.e., marketing, executive leadership) to understand established deadlines and ensure timely completion.

Qualified candidates meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field required;
  • Five (5) years previous relevant work experience required;
  • Professional writing sample required;
  • Proven work experience proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required;
  • Proven work experience proficiently using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop preferred;
  • Experience using social media outlets such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and the like, preferred; and
  • Experience using marking automation and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and Constant Contact preferred.
Physical Requirements Constant sedentary work for prolonged periods up to 100% of the time with routinely moving and transporting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds. Must be able to travel occasionally using various modes of transportation including airplane. Must be able to constantly communicate and exchange accurate information. Must be able to detect, identify, inspect, observe, perceive and assess corporate communications tasks, processes, procedures, and projects. Constantly operates and uses computer and other relevant equipment and office machinery while performing repetitious movements.
