Love company is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Administrator

TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.

BASIC PURPOSE: The Inside Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Inside Sales team to ensure effective and efficient operations. He/she will work with Sales leadership to support initiatives, including creating reports, distributing sales support materials, maintaining sales documents in Salesforce, and develop solutions to overcome current potential challenges.

JOB FUNCTIONS: Includes duties that the employee must be able to perform, either unaided or with the assistance of a “reasonable accommodation.”

  • Provide Salesforce support for Sales leadership by assigning leads, assisting with reporting and managing/updating sales materials/resources in Salesforce
  • Run reports in Five9, PowerBI and Salesforce to provide useful insights for Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Assist with sales team new hire onboarding and training
  • Update and create templated emails for cadences and work with marketing to update the latest graphics and verbiage.
  • Utilize DocuSign and/or eSignature to send contracts to appropriate contacts for completion
  • Manage Inside Sales Power Hours, using Orum. Record the data, transfer to excel, calculate the results and issue payouts to winners multiple times a week.
  • Create/update PowerPoint decks as needed for sales meetings
  • Coordinate trade shows for the sales and marketing teams
  • Plan and execute events for the Sales teams, including annual sales kickoff; may include making travel and lodging arrangements
  • Other duties as needed and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Professional Experience

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Microsoft Power BI tool experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – is a must
  • High degree of professionalism is a must

  • Effective time management, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with event planning is a plus

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to: stand, walk, sit for long periods of time, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs and/or ladders, maintain balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear.
  • The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities may include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Some travel to local vendors and/or office locations may be required

Environmental

  • Position will be assigned to an indoor work environment
  • Employee will be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (including occasional visits to field work sites, if applicable)
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (may be required to work more than 40 hours per week as needed)

Location

  • The location assignment is at the Corporate office with occasional remote work opportunities
  • This location is subject to change and/or the position may be required to operate in additional locations
