Coordinate, test, and implement applications and technology through projects and initiatives.
Analyze and resolve issues and performance problems that impact the ability to conduct business Break / Fix Support.
Identify applications and systems that require updates and coordinate the implementation with the business owner.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for how applications configured, managed and maintained.
Perform after hours support for patching, upgrades, or responding to system outages.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Complete all required compliance training. Maintain knowledge of and adhere to Flagstar's internal compliance policies and procedures. Take responsibility to keep up to date with changing regulations and policies.
Job Requirements :
Extensive experience with management and administration of Clarity systems, including the Modern UX (MUX).
Experience calculating Clarity license usage and maintaining compliance.
Strong experience with various project management and software development lifecycle methods such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc.
Experience documenting detailed technical requirements and user acceptance criteria, and understanding potential impact to other functions, reports, and modules within the system.
Ability to identify opportunities to drive value for the organization through targeted analysis contributing to improved leverage of the Clarity system.
Preparation of process mapping using diagraming software, writing technical documentation including system requirement specification (SRS), functional requirement specification (FRS), system/application architecture.
Experience working with others to define the business problem; identify possible solutions; their requirements; and their risks, concerns, and limitations.
Understanding of enterprise security regarding Broadcom Clarity, its upstream systems, as well as an understanding of least-privilege principles.
Proven record of managing multiple vendors; including coordinating and escalating with vendors for support, one-off fixes, and contract renewals.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with a focus on delivery within a rapidly changing environment.
Provide training and support to internal customers related to Clarity, and team processes, policies, and procedures.
Fundamental understanding of data modeling and database concepts (RDBMS, ETL, SQL), a plus.
Experience in scripting e.g., PowerShell, UNIX shell and/or VBScript, a plus.
Experience with Clarity advanced reporting (Jaspersoft) and XOG GEL scripting, a plus.
Experience with SaaS deployments and their associated technologies, including TCP, SSL, SSO, etc., a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams focusing on delivery in rapidly changing environments.
Proven success in a support or customer facing role.
Previous financial or accounting experience is a plus.
