The Career Development Manager is responsible for the journey of a member from student to early career professional while developing opportunities for the FICPA to advance, connect, and support them through each stage within their career. This includes managing programs and initiatives and outreach efforts that recruit college students. This position will rethink the current student membership model to create professional pathways by supporting the transition and conversion from student member to CPA candidate and regular member.
***Candidates must reside in the Orlando metro area to be considered. This is a hybrid position which includes in-office and work from home days.***
