Job Description:

***This is an in-office position with work from home flexibility. All candidates must reside in the Orlando metro area to be considered.***

We are searching for a Governance Administrator to work closely with our executive team and volunteer leadership to provide planning, coordination, and administrative support for our statewide governance functions. This includes the Council, Board of Directors, and Committees.

As our Governance Administrator, you will be responsible for the creation and distribution of all Board-related materials and communications, ensuring board and council members have the necessary information to carry out their duties. Additionally, you will be responsible for all aspects of planning and executing our FICPA Board and Council meetings, including dinners and ancillary meetings, committee meetings and conference calls, and post-board meeting debriefs.
