Jefferson City Medical Group is Hiring a Lead Creative Designer Near Jefferson, MO
- Collaborates with providers, clinics and divisions as requested to ensure that design projects align with the overall strategic plan of JCMG.
- Leads a team of internal and external designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Creating and presenting design proposals explaining design choices and how they align with project goals.
- Control JCMG’s brand standards and ensure consistency by communicating branding standards to promotors, vendors, and JCMG divisions. Serves as the art director over the creative team for all outgoing JCMG-branded material.
- Conceptualizing and developing design projects from initial concept to final execution designs for website assets, print and web advertisements, flyers, postcards, brochures, posters, banners, and various other physical and digital material.
- Make updates to JCMG’s websites (JCMG, MMG, Intranet) in a WordPress environment.
- Manage the creation and execution of online advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and banner/geotargeting ads.
- Design and distribute JCMG’s monthly e-newsletters and internet newsletters for special events.
- Help schedule and supervise photoshoots, video shoots, and media events.
- Assist with administrative duties, including placing orders, requesting quotes, and executing mailings.
- Write and distribute news releases and advisories to mass media, as well as establish and maintain relationships with reporters and editors from print, broadcast, and online media.

- Participates in educational experiences designed to maintain and/or improve professional competence.
- Maintains high work ethic standards.
- Provides quality customer service to staff, patients, and visitors at all times.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or related field
- 4 years of graphic design and/or marketing management
- None
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of social media practices
- Knowledge of print and web art requirements
- Photography proficiency (shooting, editing)
- Web development proficiency (CSS, HTML, PHP)
- Content Management Systems proficiency (WordPress)
- Computer technology proficiency (can troubleshoot hardware and software issues on the fly)
- Must be well-organized, polite, and professional at all times
- Must be able to design efficiently and manage multiple projects
- Good time management skills
- Online form creation proficiency (Formsite, Survey Monkey)
- Online reputation management experience (reviews, listings)
- Email campaign experience (Mailchimp, Salesforce)
- Video production proficiency (filming, editing)
