Overview

• Guide members in securing and maintaining housing.
• Assist with securing financial assistance for housing and essentials.
• Collaborate with Housing Authorities and property management.
• Connect members with mental health resources and professionals.
• Provide ongoing support and document progress with goals.
• Offer transportation when needed for appointments and services.

Location:

• Position will provide services to members in Santa Maria, CA & Lompoc, CA

Pay:

• $16/hr to 18.13/hr starting pay for Peers without a Peer Support Certification
• $17.30 to 20.86/hr starting pay for Peers WITH a Peer Support Certification AND 1 year of mental/behavioral health or addiction counseling experience

Shifts

• Full-Time: Sunday through Thursday OR Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Part-time: Sunday through Monday OR Friday through Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• 1 year of mental/behavioral health or addiction counseling preferred
• Lived experience as the beneficiary of mental/behavioral health resources/system of care
• Peer Support certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.86 per hour
