Position Overview:
They are in search of a seasoned Full Stack Developer to helm significant projects from inception to fruition, with a strong emphasis on Python proficiency. Alongside leading project cycles, you'll closely collaborate with product/design managers and fellow developers to standardize APIs across servers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead major projects from concept to completion
- Work alongside product managers and designers to refine product specifications pre-development Collaborate with developers to ensure consistent APIs across all services
- Implement industry best practices for seamless API integration with frontend web applications Develop code within a stateful application framework like React/Redux
- Deploy backend code utilizing a serverless, cloud-based approach leveraging Flask, AWS Lambda, and ECS
- Make informed architectural decisions through thorough evaluation and prior experiences
- Operate within an Agile/Scrum framework to consistently deliver features to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience Proficient in Python and React/Redux Ability to build serverless applications on AWS Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, SMS, and ECS Strong expertise in unit testing across various paradigms
- Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) industry
- Familiarity with integration testing using Playwright or similar frameworks
- Robust understanding of type systems like Typescript, Flow, or Pyre
- Proven track record of deploying complex web applications to the cloud Experience with microservices/API-based application architecture
- Prior exposure to a mono repository is desirable
- Strong written communication and code management skills using Git Capability to work independently and deliver results autonomously
