- Prendere ordini e servire cibi e bevande ai clienti in modo tempestivo, entusiasta e professionale.
- Guidare il rango nella gestione del servizio.
- Ascoltare e rispondere alle domande utilizzando una voce positiva e chiara e un linguaggio del corpo professionale.
- Mantenere una conoscenza approfondita del menu e offrire suggerimenti di piatti in base alle preferenze dell'ospite.
- Mantenere una sala da pranzo pulita.
- Anticipare e soddisfare le esigenze dell'ospite prima che vengano fatte richieste.
- Pulire tavoli e/o banconi dopo che i clienti hanno finito di pranzare.
- Seguire orari e presenze adeguati e procedure uniformi.
- Essere in grado di accertare la soddisfazione di un ospite e gestire eventuali problemi che possono sorgere e informare un Manager / Supervisor del problema e di come è stato risolto.
